REVENGE SERVED COLD BY JACKIE FULLERTON

In the mood for a suspense novel? Hands down REVENGE SERVED COLD BY JACKIE FULLERTON is the one I would choose to read. If I didn't know the meaning of "revenge," after reading this book I would fully know what it means to carry a grudge and to want revenge. I really locked on to Ross, a very successful California man,  because of his obsession with an old love, Kathy. He became obsessed with Kathy in college. His love obsession continues throughout the years until he meets up with Kathy again. At this time Kathy is  living her life in a small town, happily married to Elliot.

Then, out of nowhere her college friends, Ross and Alice, reappear again. There appearance works havoc in her life. What she holds most dear in her life will become lost to her forever. Anne, a very loyal friend, will become the person who refuses to believe Kathy had anything but love for her husband, Elliott. Anne's father has passed away. She understands what it means to lose someone you love deeply.

My favorite parts of the book is the returning of a helpful dad with smoking pipe in hand. You know, this is a good book for a Father's Day gift too. If not for Father's Day, any day because dads are always remembered for their love and protection.

Because of this book I thought a great deal about cruelty of hatred. If a person really hates a person, it is practically impossible for that person not to do something horrible and despicable. Oddly enough they might call their motivation love. I have heard people say there is a thin line between love and hate. Now, I think those words make more sense to me.
