C) Chattanooga
When I married, I moved to Chattanooga with my husband. Of course, I became homesick. May be I'm still homesick. Does homesickness go away after a certain amount of time? I do love Chattanooga. It's a city that is always changing, growing and improving for the benefit of those who live here. When I moved here, there were so many places not here: The Hamilton Place mall, River Walk and the Chattanooga Aquarium. Also, a new library was built in the Bicentennial year. Then, along came the Chattanooga Aquarium. We visited the aquarium a few years ago. Our children really enjoyed it. I have heard there are many new changes. I think the penguins are a new addition.
I think Chattanooga is a blessing. I've heard of cities dying. I don't think Chattanooga will ever die. There are too many people who care about making the city a better place for yuppies, children, people with special needs and the elderly. What is my favorite part of Chattanooga? I love Coolidge Park with the carousel. The carousel is simply beautiful with its personal story too.
