THE WORD by ARNITA L. FIELDS

It has been a pleasure to read ARNITA L. FIELDS' poetry. Each poem in her poetry book, THE WORD, gave me a simple formula to leading a life with purpose. THE WORD also gave me a greater idea about GOD'S Everlasting Love. There is encouragement not to worry. "Everything will be alright, if / you will follow me/. Sadly, friends and relatives can't always have my back. These are the times when prayer becomes as useful as the rain on an April flower. ARNITA L. FIELDS writes "No matter the day or the/hour at hand/prayer is.../"
She also asks the hard questions. "Tears, tears like a river,/ where do they flow?/ Her poetry acts as a volcano erupting the heart and spirit. arnitalfields

When One Door Closes by Ely Wade KINDLE

The short stories in When One Door Closes by Ey Wade are based on reality. My favorite story is the last one. I hate to know there are angry men without conscience who are willing to hurt women physically and emotionally. Sandy really goes through extreme conditions once this man decides he doesn't want to be married any longer. He decides to take the baby, Marissa, from Sandy. I think this is the worse kind of hurt any woman can experience. All of a sudden your baby is gone. Thankfully, Sandy's parents stick by her side. I realized while reading all of these stories the importance of a support system for all women. I do hate that men can drive a woman to almost commit a crime that will lead to prison time. What happened in this instance? I won't tell. Hope to read more stories by Ey Wade. ey-wade
